Urban Noise Monitoring Facilities

This meeting is being organised by INCE/Europe in collaboration with CIDB and sponsored by Greater Lyon Council, ACOUCITE and 01 dB. It has been arranged with a view to highlighting work that has been, and continues to be done, on the establishment of URBAN NOISE MONITORING FACILITIES.
The purpose of these is to support individuals and organisations working on the prediction and measurement of urban noise; this in turn will lead to improvements in the design of effective noise control measures.
