The ISCAP objective is to solve a major problem for the efficient implementation of the EU policy on noise control, by developing an innovative user-friendly system to assess the in situ performance of noise control materials in all fields of applications: cars, aircraft, ship, buildings, etc. The availability of such a broadly used device shall foster much better efficiency of all actions undertaken by all European professionals involved in noise control activities for improved quality of life of more than 80 million European citizens exposed to excessive noise levels. |
